With all of my nek and bak trouble, I've been contemplating yoga. I mean, I've dabbled with the thing, but maybe it's time to get serious, get consistent, get un-robocop stiff. My Oriental doctor said no. My chiropractor said no. My neurologist said yes. My masseuse said yes. What's a guy to do?
