Our day at Union just flew by. Old professors and friends make Union a special place for us. Oso Burrito is a fine eatery. We saw all the Barbers today except Angela (that will have to wait). Kayla, Tadd, and Donene are doing well. I hugged my nephews and John goodbye. In the morning we'll say goodbye to my sis and be off for South Bend and Berrien Springs. Most notable people I didn't get to see: Barry, Pastor Rich, and Joe. We need more time here. Always more time.
Yesterday morning, our last morning in Colorado, we drove up to Horsetooth Reservoir to eat our leftover sandwiches from Avagadro's Number (a great hippie restaurant in Ft. Collins) and watched the sun rise over the foothills. "What in the world are we doing up so early?" It was so cool (pictures coming). Charissa turned up Yngwie Malmsteen and we just absorbed it all. She is so cool.
Then I had my last doctor appointment in Ft. Collins, and we hit the road. As we left Greeley heading for Lincoln, Jack Johnson came on the radio...
I need this here
Old train to breakdown.
Oh please just
Let me please breakdown.

Old train to breakdown.
Oh please just
Let me please breakdown.
I wanna break on down,
But I cant stop now.
Let me break on down.
We watched the white peaks of the Rockies in our mirrors as they gradually slipped into the horizon. It was time to leave, but I wasn't ready to go. Oh please just let me please breakdown.
Sometimes attachment and desire are heavier than gravity. What do I know about packing light?

and i am still pondering yours. yes, somethings are stonger than gravity. i'm glad you and charissa are headed back here even if it's hard to leave. it's a little hard to read of your times there. especially knowing that you saw all of my family. ㅜ.ㅜ
see you soon. i'll get your home warmed up for you...and your toilet fixed...it's running... *^^*...
Just let the toilet go. Hopefully it'll be out of town by the time we get there. We never liked the thing anyway.
Your family loves you.
