Today I finished reading The Equipping Church, by Sue Mallory. Editorial Review: "A comprehensive look at how to mobilize lay members of your church into effective gift-based teams, illustrated with successful examples."Good stuff.
Now the hard part is becoming more of an equipping church. I appreciated the degree of overlap between this and Simple Church. They compliment each other well.
Working at The Adventure is motivating me to study.
