Yesterday I finished reading his book Lead Like Jesus. Tremendous. It looks at he head, heart, hands, and habits of leading like Jesus. I need to read it again.
In the final chapter he lists questions that Jesus might ask leaders. These are the ones about the heart:
- Do you love Me?
- Do you trust Me?
- Will you serve Me by serving others?
- Do you believe that I will always love you regardless of your performance or the opinion of others?
- Are you willing to set aside instant gratification, recognition, and power to honor Me by doing the right thing?

hey jeff, my (soon-to-be) father-in-law works for blanchard as a consultant and trainer (& has co-written many of his books). i didn't realize blanchard had written a book about jesus--interesting. i'll have to ask chris about that.
