|300th Post!

That's right. I have posted 299 articles before this one. Let's party like it's 299 BC! Depending on where you would have been living, you would have been in either the bronze age or the iron age. You choose!

This 300th post (¿did I mention this is numero tres-cero-cero?) is a great way to announce my newest blog-project:

Yeah, go ahead and click on the title. The blog is still under construction, but it is coming together. Here is the description:

A place to read books, share ideas and learn to love more radically. Specifically, we'll study books that shed spiritual light on issues relating to social, economic and environmental justice. "Do not be conformed to this age, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…" (Romans 12:2). “Therefore, prepare your minds for action…” (1 Peter 1:13).

Our first book will be The Irresistible Revolution by Shane Claiborne.

Thanks for being part of this blog community over the past few years. It's been grand. It's now been 300 tidbits o' randomness.

That Spanish part was just an excuse to use the html character code for an upside question-mark wasn't it?

And that insightfulness is exactly why I hope you'll be a part of the book blog project! Even if you don't have time to read along each week, it would be great to have you comment at your convenience. You add breadth, depth, wisdom and humor.

Earlier today I read your logo post and the dinosaur cartoon. Good stuff. I added the cartoons to my humor section because of that.

Peace,
Jeff
