|Lars and the Real Music

We've watched two captivating flicks recently.

Lars and the Real Girl turned out to be a lot deeper than I had expected. It's hard to know whether to laugh or cry sometimes. I enjoyed it.

Music Within was quite powerful to me. An amazing performance by Michael Sheen. Wow. It's the personal story of the man behind the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Richard Pimentel. Drugs, language and sexual themes bring the R; just so you know, Debbie.

I am so glad to have laughed and cried with Lars last Friday. She loved him. She really loved him.
